Syon Park

Glasshouses are the best places to take photos, fact. This one is the ‘Great Conservatory’ at Syon Park, London. The gigantic and beautifully ornate glasshouse was built in the early 19th Century, designed by Charles Fowler, also known as the architect of Covent Garden Market.

This day out was shot on Kodak Colorplus with my Canon A1 on my 70-120mm lens and it was one of the first times I’d tried my Canon A1. I had no idea what I was doing, so of course this was all shot on auto mode, but I was so happy with the results and remain some of my favourite photos.
